Any record that leads off with Dick Vitale's ubiquitous jabberings is asking for trouble, and this third volume in the Jock Jams series is musically ill-equipped to pull out of the ensuing tailspin. The collection of inoffensive rap songs and R&B-tinged dance numbers does have a few highlights. KC and the Sunshine Band's "That's the Way I Like It," regardless of what sort of material it shares company with here, is a classic, and Blackstreet kick out a decent rhyme with Dr. Dre on "No Diggity." On the whole, it might even make a passable soundtrack for an aerobics class. Besides that, however, you'll have to swim through a lot of musical filler and testosterone-driven flotsam to find anything that rises above an overwhelming and acute mediocrity. --Matthew Cooke

Customer Review: Great Album!

I found this CD again recently after cleaning getting ready to move and it brought back great memories of my cheerleading days. We used this CD alot for timeouts and dance routines for halftime! The fans always loved this album and all the cheerleaders loved it too! It just gets you in the dancing mood! Now the only place i really hear this music are at NBA games. I think more colleges should use more CDs like this. It makes for great atmospheres at college games!

Anyone who pays full price for this is gonna be pissed. Name one Jock who listens to this crap. I just can't imagine professional athletes listening to Da' Dip on their way to a game. I think these CD's should not be taken seriously because they are way too funny to be for real.

I would recommend this tea to all. It had a wonderful full-bodied taste that I was not expecting. It also gave me some much needed energy. It has replaced coffee most of the time as the effect is a little different and does not make me nearly as nervous as coffee. Great stuff!!

My new Garmin GPS is absolutely THE BEST investment I have ever made! I travel a lot for my job and this has made my life sooo much easier. I used to Mapquest every stop I would make--and try to drive, read (without my reading glasses) and locate my next stop. I have programmed my new GPS to be "Lee", an Australian male (you can program several different accents to make it fun!). Now Lee and I travel all over the place with NO problems! AWESOME! I finally got a day off to go fishing. My computer here at work got a nasty bug that took the tech guy all day to fix. So I took the day off and went fishing. I caught two really nice small mouth bass and I can’t count how many crappie and blue gill. Oh and two catfish. It was a blast!
